Are you a Site Reliability Engineer and would you like to work on projects for an international client?

Join our team, and work on monitoring and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.

This role is ideal for candidates with basic NOC experience who are interested in expanding their skills with SRE practices and modern infrastructure management.

Náplň práce

  • Application performance monitoring, system and network health
  • Responding to incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing resolution strategies.
  • Using and configuring monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix, Splunk) to improve visibility into system performance
  • Troubleshooting and system maintenance
  • Working with developers and DevOps to implement fixes, validate configurations, and ensure systems are resilient to future incidents
  • Automate tasks, alert processing, system monitoring and maintenance
  • Using scripts (e.g. Python, Bash) and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, Crossplane) to improve operational efficiency.
  • Documentation of processes, incidents and troubleshooting steps
