We are looking for Product Owner for our client.

Náplň práce

Participation in defining the product goal, vision and strategy
Guiding the development team in identifying and prioritizing key areas that maximize customer’s value.
Working closely with the team to build meaningful sprint goals
Managing stakeholder expectations, gathering requirements and prioritizing them based on the product vision and ensuring the team understands what needs to be delivered.
Collaboration with other POs and teams to improve cross-team collaboration and mitigate dependencies.
Monitoring the needs of the global solar energy market in daily cooperation with members of the sales and technical team.
Monitoring the market of software, data and consulting solutions in the field of renewable energy sources and creating competitive analyses.
Support of technical and business teams in product development and commercialization of products.
Contribution to the creation of a strategic plan and defining the company's priorities.
Continuous monitoring of IT trends in the context of company priorities.
Product presentations and user training.

Požiadavky zamestnania

English - Upper intermediate (B2)

University degree in IT or similar
Experience of at least 3 years in a similar position
Fluent communication skills in English
Experience with Agile development
Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to the sales team and customers
Ability to solve problems and analytical skills
Ability to quickly learn various domain knowledge
Good presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
Constantly learn knowledge from the fields of natural and technical sciences
