Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing local IT support & ensuring smooth day-to-day IT Operation in the factory
  • Leading an IT Team of 5-team members
  • Aligning IT strategies, solutions as per local management & HQ requirements
  • Providing regular updates on IT Operation & performance
  • Overseeing IT Infrastructure, Network security & System administration
  • Supporting the implementation, maintenance of Enterprise applications & IT systems
  • Troubleshooting & resolving technical issues 
  • Managing IT budgets, relationships with vendors & Procurement processes
  • Ensuring compliance with IT security policies & regulatory requirements

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 3+ years experience as an IT Manager, preferably within industrial & manufacturing environment (plant & factory) & IT Management/IT Support background  
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, Network administration, Cybersecurity & Cloud solutions
  • Familiar with IT Compliance & Security Best Practices
  • Hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset
  • English & German language/ fluent
