We are seeking a highly skilled IT Consultant to join our team in Germany. The IT Consultant will be responsible for working with customers in the German public sector to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on implementing CRM systems. The ideal candidate must be a proffesional German speaker with strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with customers to identify business needs and gather requirements for the implementation of CRM systems.
Analyze data and processes to determine the best course of action for implementing CRM solutions.
Provide expert guidance to customers on how to use CRM systems effectively.
Develop and deliver presentations and training sessions for customers to ensure they are comfortable with the implemented CRM system.
Provide support to customers and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
Work with other team members to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM systems to ensure we are offering the best solutions to our customers.

Qualifications:
Native German speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems and their implementation.
Experience working with clients in the public sector.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Professional certifications in CRM systems and project management are an advantage.

Excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration and alignment between team members and with other stakeholders.
Experience in creating and managing project budgets, including estimating costs and managing expenses.
Ability to manage conflicts and negotiate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
