Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cooperation relations to align company interests with employee needs while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain key management and technical talent in Mexico.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance team cohesion and employee satisfaction.
  • Implement performance management systems and create competitive compensation plans to retain top talent.
  • Design training programs for onboarding, leadership development and skill enhancement to support team growth.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • 10+ years in HR management, including 5+ years in a senior role
  • Expertise in Mexican labor law and employee relations
  • Skilled in mid-to-senior level and Technical recruitment
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, or related field (MBA/HR certification preferred).
  • Spanish & English/ Fluent
