Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze Market dynamics, Consumer behavior, and Competitor strategies to identify Growth opportunities and address business opportunities 
  • Budget allocation based on Sales strategies in order to achieve Revenue goals while optimizing cost-effectiveness and ROI
  • Lead a performance-driven team and collaborate with agencies to enhance campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and assess Marketing campaigns using KPIs to ensure alignment with company Goals
  • Deliver Data-driven recommendations to the executive team for high-level strategy.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • min. 3 years of commercial experience in the field of Digital Marketing & Social Media, e-commerce & e-shops
  • Proven experience with Performance Marketing & PPC/ online Digital Campaigns
  • English - Fluent (B2)
  • Slovak - B1


Tech Stack

  • Google Analytics 4
  • Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
  • Familiarity with Big Query
