Náplň práce

  Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing company’s Compliance agenda & Internal Compliance Regulations/ Incident Management
  • Active participation in building awareness related to Compliance across all business units 
  • Responsibility for developing & implementing company’s Compliance Action Plan  
  • Evaluating & monitoring the alignment of regulations, internal procedures related to Financial Market, AI & IT Security, CDD, GDPR - Data Protection  
  • Assessing the adequacy of measures conducted by the first level of protection in the area of Compliance  
  • Coordinating & evaluating the effectiveness of the company's Key Control mechanisms 
  • Completion & submission of Compliance reports 
  • Reporting to management & governmental regulatory institutions 

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate experience:

  • Min. 4 years of commercial experience in finance/banking & insurance sector 
  • University Degree in Law / legal background & active legal practise 
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills 
  • Problem-solving skills
  • English language/ Upper-intermediate B2
