Our client specializes in the Rapid Software Modeling of new propulsion fuels and technologies fit for the future. Mainly to focus on new fuels for Internal Combustion Engines, Hybridization, Electrification, and Hydrogen and Fuel Cell technology. Engineering team is analyzing various tools to deliver rapid results for fluids, structures and systems which empower our customers to address the planet’s biggest transport decarbonization challenges. Based on nearly 30 years of software expertise, the company is focused on delivering highly tailored tools to provide fast, repeatable and predictive results across existing and emerging technologies.

This position is suitable for a junior/ medior level candidate with Sales & Business Development experience in the field of Mechanical Software Products & Solutions/ IT Products.

Náplň práce

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting in identifying new Business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting sales strategies to achieve sales targets related to Mechanical Software Products & Solutions in the designated region 
  • Conducting Market research to identify & analyzing industry trends, potential clients, and their specific needs
  • Preparing tailored sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients
  • Providing technical consultations and demonstrations of Mechanical Software Products & Solutions to clients during the sales process
  • Establishing and maintain relationships with Key decision-makers within client organizations
  • Collaborating with the Business Development Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Požiadavky zamestnania

Candidate Experience

  • Min. 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Software or Technology sector
  • English - Fluent (additional languages are an advantage)
  • University degree / Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field (Master's degree is an advantage)


Tech Stack

  • Basic understanding of Mechanical software applications and the Engineering Design Process
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Sales management tools
  • Knowledge of Commercial FE software: Abaqus, ANSYS, Nastran, and Multi Body Simulation (MBS), Simpack, VALDYN, Adams, FEV Virtual Dynamics
  • Knowledge of Mechanical software: Romax, MASTA, AVL-Excite, is a significant plus
  • Ability to understand and convey basic Technical concepts to Non-technical stakeholders.
